    I found that exercise is key. I lost over 100 lbs within a couple years. I walked. I listened to music and walked. You feel better and you accomplish a goal. Keep it up!

    This is different for everybody. It depends on if you are doing cardio or other workouts on the side to help or if you aren't. It can also be on a person to person basis, with nothing to similar between people.
