    Ok.  I don’t find another place to voice a complaint.  I have been saving up points for a grandson’s birthday present.  I had 25,000 and was going to get gift cards.  The next morning I had 20,000 - no clue where 5,000 points went.  That was about a month ago.  I went to work and this morning I had 25,002 points.  This evening when I was ready to redeem the points for gift cards, I had fewer than 18,000.  Is this something that happens on the routine?  Do I need to cash in every 5,000?  I feel ripped off.  
Does this happen to everyone all the time?
