Sorry for your loss. Hope the tears turn to smiles of remembrance soon
I will be taking our Christmas Tree down tomorrow. It is bittersweet this year as we had to have our 13 YO English Bulldog put down because of cancer. We have commemorative ornaments and it will be hard to put them away. We miss him terribly. So many other sentimental ornaments on the tree also. Do you prefer a tree with memories or do you like to be creative and decorate your tree with a theme?

Sorry for the loss of your loved one. I like a tree of memories. I try to add at least one new ornament to remind me of some special occasion that happened during the year.

We have cats that enjoy knocking down the tree to lay in it, so we haven't put one up in a couple years. Maybe we'll try it next year as they have calmed down as they're getting older.
