    It's a commitment, for sure. That pet needs fed, love, walked, brushed, pet, bathed, given meds, taken care of (whatever its needs may be) no matter your mood or plans. But the rewards are innumerable! My cat, Stormy, is the love ofy life... apologies to my significant other of 20 years but he knows the ranking.

    Consider how much time, money and energy you have to taking care of it.

    Pets are the best but you do have to be prepared to give time and attention and have money to take care of their vet needs which can get more expensive as they age.
