Awww! Poor doggie. I hope you can find a solution!
My dog has been leaking lately. We have discovered it's because she's in such good shape that her muscles are usually fairly tight and when she sleeps, some muscles relax a little too much and she pees a bit :(

Since you said she im assuming shes female. Increased estrogen weakens the pelvic floor for all females regardless of species.
