With the cat in a box with just a hole for the arms? If the cat pulls its arm into the box, now what? You have to open the box and deal with the whole cat again. Nah, just wrap them up in a towel burrito, put a cone on, and get a friend to help.

I'm so scared when a cat try to move. It needs a good skills.

I have two cats. I don't know if I would want to do that because you can hurt them and they get pretty defensive 

I'm scared to cut my cat's fingernails because if you don't do it properly you risk seriously hurting them
