I did the same with my dogs. It is so hot during the day. I was off so I took them on their walks at 530am..
I went for an earlier than usual walk with my dogs today. We're in the middle of a heat wave and if I wait too long, it gets way too hot for myself and the dogs. It was cute seeing my 14.5 year-old dog shadow

I work late so I'm always walking after or just before midnight lol Sort of gets old but thankfully it's not near as hot. Love the photo; would make a wonderful memory ♡♡♡♡
