An Eastern Tiger Swallowtail visited my Bull Thistle today! What a gorgeous bugger! This is why I'm letting this plant flower. I do deadhead it every other evening to keep it from going to seed tho (its invasive).Eastern Tiger SwallowtailEastern Tiger Swallowtail

    You read my mind. I was thinking, Oh, no. We can't let the thistle thrive just because the butterflies like it. It is pretty when it flowers though.

    Yeah this thing is a beast! I'm NOT letting it take over my or anyone else's yard! Fortunately it seems to be the only one around.
