Good luck getting them. I have complained for a long time about this. I was told they use a different method of counting steps than these health apps. I’m sure they will collect from the sponsors your 1000 steps and credit you 75.

Take screenshots of everything and open a support ticket.... But also make sure your wearable device is set up in this app so it tracks properly....
The top left of the main screen when you login to this app is the Three Little dashlines.... Click on that and then go down to where it says wearable device. I don't have a linked device cuz I don't have a wearable but perhaps it has to do with the setting there? Sure your cash walk app is up to date as well with the current version. Support is going to ask you for that.... Pretty much screenshots of everything.... They're usually pretty responsive and if you have proof they sometimes will make a manual adjustment unless it's proven to be something you didn't set up... Not saying that's the case but it's always worth a shot to get your steps/coins
