Well done! It mustn't be easy.
Had surgery 6 days ago I'm not allowed to go swimming and have a dog so I can't just sit around all day and it hurts to sit in certain positions. Having anxiety ADHD trauma response and being a triple fire sign it's hard for me to sit still.

I feel you, but you have to let your body recover from the trauma of surgery.

i am recovered completely. then a few days ago my dog saw a cat. took off and i almost ended up face first in a ditch of rocks. i was sliding as well and leaning into it... so i threw myself down into the grass and dug my heels stopping her. i pulled my left bicep.. lmao its been fiive days the soreness is almost gone. haha. i can at least ride my bike today!
