From 187 --> 150 lbs. Been a little over a year, but I think I lost too much. Daily walks around my neighborhood + diet changes. I want more muscle so I plan on incorporating weight-lifting.

    Congrats on your journey! I make these every week:
    
    
    - one pot with chicken, rice, veggies, chicken broth (or better than boulion)
    - pasta with olive oil, spinach, diced tomatoes, better than boulion 
    - quesadillas 
    
    
    I don't eat a lot of processed foods and rarely have sugar. I think that is more impactful than what I eat. Good luck!
