    Yes but more than just that. He trains to accomplish certain goals, like climb a 100ft rope over a gorge or do a 100ft swim in his speedos in the freezing artic and he gets top scientists/coaches/athletes to prepare him  Peter Attia and Ross Edgley feature quite a bit
