Tips for doing things you don't want to do?

Set a time limit. I do a ten minute tidy and set a timer on my phone. I usually get in the groove in those ten minutes and keep going. If not, then I dod at least ten minutes 

10) You should write down everything you need to get done and sort them from priority. Remove distractions as well/

I write myself a to do list. This forces me to do the task and check them off as I get them done. Nothing sweeter then crossing everything off.
