Mental health walks 

Taking a mental health walks are really important. Taking these moments to urself and thinking about what your doing and where you wanna be in life is amazing for your mental health and is something that will help you figure out who u ar. Make sure to take these walks even if it's ten minutes anything. Even if u listen to music while doing this it's fine.

    Ah, unlucky me lol, my town is pretty common for crimes and lacks streetlights. I would, but it's much safer inside.

    Agreed! I love early-morning walks or late in the evening. The quiet country roads and just myself thinking about my day is good for the soul.
