Good spring water is the best We used to go to springs around PA to fill our jugs up.

I feel like that's the majority of people. Not me though. In fact, I was saying not too long ago that I wished they sold a plain liquid IV.. lol ...and then I saw there is something like that, I believe Gatorade makes. I just don't like the taste of the flavored packets and drops🤷🏼♀️

Yeah the flavored stuff is gross I can't stand the artificial sweeters ruin it no matter what kind of sweetener it is
