Unable to redeem my rewards

Hello

 

I collected more than 3000 and tries to redeem to one of gift card(starbucks). But I am not able to complete successfully. Is it only me or anyone else?

It said something like, multiple redemption from those IP...

 

Can someone guide me any idea how to fix thos?

    I do know you can only redeem once in a 24 hour period and only use a phone number to verify on one account (if the phone # has been used to verify on one account, you can't use that same number to verify a different account) . Not sure if either of those situations might apply?
