Has anyone ever reached 20, 000 steps and the counter stops and will not recycle itself? Ive been stuck on 20,000 for a few days now and it will not change back

4. Check for an update, it should fix the issue and reset the counter at midnight.

Many people has been having issue with the app. Check the notice board.. they have instructions on how to fix it.
