Is this sit fake I cashed out on October 28th and my gift card is still processing and it mow is the September the 4 and it's still processing. I messaged 2 times and no answer.

It's not fake you do get your gift cards but the app has been experiencing glitches

Most people get them instantly but since the last updated people are experiencing long process time for giift cards. People are saying up to a week.. They do get it.
