My son eats this instead of meat It is no cholesterol I put it in pasta. I think if you expect meat then it is always disappointing but seasoned blend is really good

I've had some vegan and vegetarian dishes. Outside the need of serious (like almost over doing it) seasoning in the various dishes, to me, some of the alternatives have metallic after taste, and that's with heavy seasoning.
