Gift card order in processing for 3 weeks!

It's been in "processing" status for 3 weeks and no response/help from the Cashwalk support.

I can't request another redemption until the current processing is completed.

Any suggestion?

      I did 5 times. The first one was sent on Aug 30th.

    All I can tell you is I had the same issue and I started emailing daily for about 7 days straight and then they finally cleared it. I don't know if it was my persistence or if I just got lucky. I then was able to redeem two more gift cards with no issues and now there seems to be a new issue with a bunch of us not getting a text with the verification code. It's frustrating but I keep hoping they will resolve it.

    Maybe try to restart the app, or try to see if they have a 1800  number on google.

      I couldn't find any number so just keep sending emails.

      I emailed them everyday for about a week and they fianlly fixed it. Emailing once or twice a week wasn't enough..
