I was trying to cash in my rewards and it says I have reached my limit and only did one. And I'm doing something wrong? Please only answer if you have something nice to say. We are seniors and we don't have anybody to help us. Thank you in advance

You can only redeem giftcard once every 24 hours.

I think you can only do one 5 dollar gift card at a time

I got that the other day when I hadn't redeemed that day yet either. I just kept trying every couple of hours and it righted itself later that day. It might just be a glitch in the system. Try it a little later and see if it works. Good luck! (Fellow senior here).

You can only redeem once every 24 hours. Since the points from your account might drop suddenly or the price of gift cards raise randomly I do not recommend building up enough points for more than one gift card at a time
