Instead of stressing over what you need to cut out, try asking yourself: **"What can I add to my plate to make this more nutritious?"**

 

* **Add a handful of spinach** to your morning eggs or smoothie.

* **Add a glass of water** before you pour your afternoon coffee.

* **Add a scoop of Greek yogurt** or a handful of almonds to your snack for extra protein.

 

By focusing on crowding out the less-nutritious stuff with vibrant, high-fuel foods, healthy eating stops feeling like a punishment.
