    It is a low impact, total body workout. As someone with many physical limitations from an accident, my joints and bones cannot handle strenuous activity. Every doctor, physical therapist, and rehabilitation specialist recommended water therapy as it is low impact and has the added benefit of being a safe form of exercise for a fall risk (once you're in the pool at least).

    I can't swim but my back is broke and got a stimulator can't sit up but would drown in a pool and almost drowned in a lake
