What keeps you going?

When you lose interest in working out, what is the motivation to keep going? I usually talk myself out of continuing because my reasons for restarting don't apply anymore.

    I haven't able to overcome this issue by my own will power and motivation. Its known that willpower is a mental resource that can be used up. I had another person to hype me up so i encourage them to workout together! Would love anyone to chip in their idea!

    Take a break for awhile
