Post Workout

I've been really inconsistent with my workouts but I did one on Tuesday and I am STILL sore! It hurts to walk, my legs are so stiff! I'm trying to take it as motivation to work out more often to prevent this soreness but right now, it's having the opposite effect. ๐Ÿ˜‚
