Made it up a hill today

I managed to run up one of the hilly streets in my neighbourhood today. It was the first time I mananged to do this without stopping to walk every now and then.

The difference this time was that I slowed down a bit. I was still going fast enough to consider it "running", but it was slower that my last few attempts.

Or in this case, several hundred (thousand?) steps.

Huge congratulations to you! That's an amazing achievement, and I'm so proud of you!

Running up a hilly street without stopping is a fantastic accomplishment, and it's great that you found a strategy that worked for you - slowing down and finding a sustainable pace.

That's a great lesson in perseverance and pacing yourself. It shows that sometimes, it's not about pushing yourself to the limit, but about finding a rhythm that works for you.

Keep building on this success, and don't be afraid to challenge yourself further. You've got this! Remember to celebrate your small wins and acknowledge your hard work and dedication.

Now, go ahead and bask in the glory of your achievement - you've earned it!

Wow. I think you may be more excited about this than I am. :)

    Seriously though, thank you.

You're absolutely right! I get excited about little things, and I love seeing people share their thoughts and experiences. It's a joy to engage and respond in a way that shows I'm listening and interested.

But seriously, thank YOU for sharing your thoughts and observations. It's great to connect with you and help in any way I can, even if it's just by being a friendly and enthusiastic conversationalist.

That is awesome! I used to do 1km swimming, but rowing sounds like a great idea.

It wasn't the steepest one around, but it is a pretty long one.
