Stupid elbows

I guess I've been working a bit too much or too hard, as now my elbows and forearms hurt from my push-ups and pull-ups.

    My physical therapist wants me to get back into it slowly - with wall push-ups and then with my knees down.

    You will have to make sure you get them moving and stretched out in your future workouts to prevent injury/pain! 💪🏻
