    18.20 - I've lost almost 200lbs. I still struggle with body dismorphia (I see myself as bigger than I am) so I keep some of my fat clothes  to remind myself how far I've come.

    18.21 - I was wearing a 4x. Now I can wear a small (if I hold my breath and don't move... lol). But it was a victory! Truthfully it just depends on the article of clothing, material, cut, and a lot of other variables.
