How to lose belly fat - Calorie deficit โœจ

You cannot choose where you will lose fat, so you need to lose weight in general, which you need to be in a calorie deficit for (burn more calories than you consume) and those workout videos that are said to target belly fat, do not actually lead to belly fat specifically but it does strengthen your abdominals, so it is still important, of course! ๐Ÿฅฐ

Wooh, that is a great achievement, congratulations!! I am in no way a professional but you may want to combine a calorie deficit with regular strength training, if that is a possibility for you. That gives a more toned look but losing the last bit of fat is generally a struggle/very slow. Also, women tend to have a slight bump in the belly area and naturally have more fat than men. Women hormones may always make it harder as well, so it may never be totally flat but eating healthy and balanced, hydrating well, reducing stress and having a good sleep pattern should also help with this. If it is more loose skin than fat, then there might unfortunately not really be a solution for this as this may indeed be due to pregnancy and/or losing a lot of weight.
