How to lose belly fat - self love

Before I eat meals I go to a mirror, look myself in the eyes and tell myself 'I love you' three times. Then I tell myself a few things I'm grateful for, take 5 deep breaths and then eat. It puts me in a good head space before I eat, and helps control overeating. I'm really slimming down.How to lose belly fat - self love
