My tipical workout day

This is my routine

 

In the morning before a go to work I run about half hour. In the afternoon after finish work I usually go to the gym (at about 19) where do cyclette for half hour. Then I do weights or another esercize for my upper body. Before and after this I usually do stretching. I finish my day with a hearthy dinner and a good sleep.
