7:17 intermittent fasting daily, meaning limit all the eatings within the 7-hour window and maintain empty stomach state for the rest 17 hours.

 

10 pushups: fully go down & back 

 

Small weightlifting: don't have to be heavy. Do it with pushups

 

Didn't do any abs specific targeted workouts & yet this entire bodyworkout with fasting shedded down fat holistically
