A week of fast walking 30 mins!

I have been doing fast walking for at least 30 mins every day for a week! 

 

Continue working!! A new week starts!

    Have u noticed a difference in results from regular walking and fast walking?

      Fast walking (6km/hr) for >30 mins do make me sweat more than regular walking. I am trying to train on my stamina, so this helps more. I will move to jogging slowly tho.
