Best Leg Workouts

I sit at a desk most of my work day, so I try to find little ways to sneak in exercise throughout my days. Whenever I have to use the copier/printer/scanner, I do heel raises while I'm there waiting! Usually for every page, I can get in at least 3 or 4 quick raises. Some days they really add up by the end of the day!!!
