Abs are among the exercises that I like the least in my workout routine. However, they are essential, so I always include them even in small quantities. Consistency makes up for the quantity. Among the exercises I consistently incorporate are Planks, which, despite being challenging, provide great satisfaction and also help me relax. ๐๏ธโ๏ธ๐ช
