ABS tips!

 

Abs are among the exercises that I like the least in my workout routine. However, they are essential, so I always include them even in small quantities. Consistency makes up for the quantity. Among the exercises I consistently incorporate are Planks, which, despite being challenging, provide great satisfaction and also help me relax. 🏋️‍♀️💪

    I work on the theory that au nateral is best 🤣🤣🤣 god blessed me with the abs he thought I needed, so why try to perfect them? 😉🤔🤣
