Easy at-home ab workoutsDon't have a gym membership or a home gym? No problem! I've got a few easy ab workouts that you can do in the comfort of your home.

 

First we've got a classic: sit-ups. Sit-ups can really get your core pumping, just make sure you're focusing on using your core and not your legs.

 

There's also russian/freedom twists, which seem easy at first, but once you start doing a lot, you feel the burn.
