Walking

I think the best way to exercise is to walk using a trail. There are usually maps that tell you how many miles it will be to complete one. I tend to carry a backpack which makes things easier to carry. For example, bringing multiple waters and fruit for energy. I think exercising outdoors is the best because of the small breezes and the sun that provides energy to exercise.
