The Penguin

This is an easy after baby butt building workout that I enjoy. Having recently had a baby it's really takes a toll on your body including you glutes! Basically, you get a medium tension mini band and set your feet shoulder length apart. Pulling your feet apart a rocking back and forth. Make sure to breathe and get a good pattern with your penguin steps.The Penguin

 

 

Also, after having a baby, to help regain you glutes your posture is very important
