My safe daily life

Moving and keeping fit is good for you. 

Every day I wake up early and start with deep breathing and muscle awakening. 

Then I walk for 15 kilometers at a fast pace. 

I continue with leg and arm exercises. 

Finally I do a 5 minute sprint at high speed. 

IMy safe daily life take care of nutrition in quality and quantity
