The Best Booty Workouts

I usually do Squats for my booty workout. It's easy and convenient without tool. It was pretty hard to do properly first, so I leaned on the wall. I do 10times for 3 sets 3days a week. I'm so happy when my booty is better than before.

    I like doing squats too, they're very good for your overall balance and alignment plus with decent glutes they help with any hip pain.
