Best Booty WorkoutsI keep it extremely simple with butt workouts... as long as you're eating a reasonable diet & do these exercises or their many similar variations then it's definitely a great way to keep the butt toned and lifted. I do a deadlif variation several times per week. I also do the bridge and several variations to that a few time even week.
