Do you wear glasses when you run?

If so, do they steam up? Some days I can barely see, and wondered if y'all had tips on them not steaming up that don't involve contact lenses.

I use a spray meant for hockey helmets with fishbowl cages, works great!

M10 - I wear glasses all the time. They usually don't steam up outside. They do so when it is cold and I go inside again.

I don't wear glasses when I run because I can still see without them
