SHARE YOUR WORKOUT TIPS (Jogging around my neighbourhood)I jog around my neighbourhood every day after work. It takes me about 20 mins of running. Usually I just run about 2 blocks, because I run really slowly. I also use a app called cashwalk to track my steps and i also get paid to do so.
