Stretch to the gym

Stretch to the gymStretch to the gymStretch to the gymmy home workout routine is a bit different. I live in an apartment complex that has it's own gym. My children and I walk over at least 4 times a week. We have a nice 5 minute walk over where we walk and stretch. We take the flight of steps into the gym. We usually start on the step master for above ten minutes to warm the body up.

Then we move over to the weights I like using the weight balls with the baby while my older children work on the Bowflex machine. We usually finish up jumping some rope and cooling off.
