HIIT SCHEDULE

Does anybody else here in Cashwalk do HIIT workouts? (High Intensity Interval Training) I started doing them a few years ago and found them to be so intensely effective at staying healthy, staying strong, and staying flexible! I have a standing HIIT routine as well as a a floor HIIT routine. Health-Wise, because they are so intense, they are short little intense workouts that you can plug in throughout your week! I use HIIT workouts as supplemental, or cross-training, aerobic exercises To fill out my training week.
