I just bought a weighted vest off of Facebook marketplace. Now. I can wear it around the house and get a little extra exercise all day long.

It came with 20 pounds of weights, so I can go from using the full 20 (which I am) all the way down to one pound (or zero, I guess but that just seems silly).

In my job everyday is weighted exercise due to wearing a body armour vest.

I'm a British soldier, so on ops I spend a good 8 or 9 hours walking around with about 20lg of body armour and kit on.
