Tidak dapat menukarkan poin saya untuk hadiah

Saya memiliki lebih dari 4.000 poin dan ingin menukarkannya dengan hadiah, tetapi saat saya melakukannya, aplikasi meminta saya untuk memverifikasi nomor telepon saya. Aplikasi terus mengatakan bahwa nomor tersebut telah diverifikasi dan tidak mau beralih ke halaman berikutnya. Mengapa demikian?

    You can try closing the app and trying again. Unfortunately there have been other users stating that problem too.

      I tried multiple times and even removed the app and re-downloaded, but still not working. It's time to stop using this app.

      I know cashwalk basically shut down the Europeans from using this app. I'm not sure on Korea (I saw your first message was in korean) but I havent seen many other Asian posts lately so I'm guessing they are probably shutting down Asia as well

      I'm living in Canada. I guess you are right. They must be planning to shut down the system in all contries except Asia

      As far as I know Canada and USA are both doing well for Android users but I think that Apple users have been experiencing problems lately

    I emailed customer service. They fixed it. Apparently I was using two accounts with Google and Apple. So they deleted my old one and it works fine now.

    I am having the same problem now trying to redeem a gift card but I keep getting an error message

      Contact to customer service. You might be using second account and it could interfere your redeeming process.
