This is definitely a legit app. I've been using it for 3-4 years now and I've received multiple $5 gift cards through Amazon. Actually I've even tried other walking apps like WeWard and they take way longer to pay out.

I had been able to redeem for sometime and now suddenly I am unable to. Reached out to support and they say I can’t now because my number is voip. My service provider is the same mobile company for many years so I fail to understand what’s going on. All my coins have gone to waste so I literally want to call it some kind of a scam.
