Go to Rewards tab on the bottom to see if your gift card is there. I don't know about anywhere else, but at least in the U.S, it's not rewarded through email.

Frustrated here too. Need to verify account through a code received on cell phone, but it does NOT work and keeps saying code cannot be sent at this time blah blah.
