I'm having the same issue. I'm uninstalled and reinstalled in the past and did not lose my coins

ダブルアップ中は、何をしても 1 枚しかコインがもらえないようです。いや、2 枚しかもらえないと言った方がいいでしょうか。もう 2 週間その状態が続いています。
アプリをアンインストールして試した方が良いでしょうか？そうすると、現在持っているコインは失われますか？

Well I uninstalled the app and rebooted my phone then reinstalled it again, still the same result. Not sure what to do next.
